A lovely set of 8 Swedish 19th c Dining Chairs with the charming Wheat Sheath motif on the backs in the Gustavian Style -  while the front of the seats have a pretty shape and a garland of leaves carved into it - these also have a larger seat than usual.  The seats are covered in antique Swedish Linen and the chairs have remains of their original paint. An excellent set. C 1890
