A fine French 19th c plaster Bas Relief Plaque - very good definition. It has the date 1473 on the left hand corner which must be the date of the original work.  It depicts a Battle scene set around the 15th century but so far I have been unable to identify the original carver or the Battle it depicts. I will update this description when I find out more.  It is however a very fine replica and very decorative.  Circa 1820'ish!
