An exquisite 18th century French 'Buffet a Deux Corps' - original locks, hinges and keys.  Beautiful paneled back - entirely hand made by craftsmen of the time. The colour of the exterior - a creamy white, is certainly original. The interior has been more recently painted a subtle green tone which ties in with the original dark green on the faux hand plates on the exterior.   The superbly shaped shelves and the pull-out 'slide' below are more of this rare piece's historic features. Circa 1750
