Two fabulous French 19th century Cherry Pickers' Baskets. Skillfully made by weaving fine lenths of thin wood together and painted in the most delightful green. So lucky to find these in their original condition and original finish. Both have straps on the back so that they can be worn by the Cherry Pickers as they go about harvesting the fruit. Circa 1880
