19th Century English Marble Table on Iron Trestle Base - circa 1880

An impressive 19th century English Marble Table of simple construction with a beautiful slab of Carrara Marble supported by 2 hand forged wrought iron Trestles - a third trestle is available but not necessary. This table has many possibilities - a Center or Library Table or a simple Desk or Console - perhaps as a Sofa Table or a Dining/Work Table in a kitchen.  A striking piece that would work well in a modern or traditional setting.
